Event Hire Info

What you need to know.

Pricing shown on here is to make it as easy as possible for you to see what you get for the price however All hire items are subject to availability. Availability is confirmed by messaging us on insta @icandyballoons or email hello@icandyballoons.com.au 

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW
We need to know your email & mobile number, event date, start time, location, access time to setup & pickup as well as the items you would like to hire. 
We will confirm availability of the items and full pricing including delivery, setup & pickup if required.

HOW DO YOU CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
We will issue you an invoice. To confirm the booking you must pay a minimum $50 booking deposit (security bond) within 3 days and the balance is due 7 days prior to event date. If you don't confirm the booking with the deposit payment, the booking is not held for you.

DELIVERY, SETUP & PICKUP
Pricing does not include delivery, setup or pickup as this is based on each events specific location & access requirements. We do not do late night pickups.

HOW LONG IS HIRE FOR
Generally speaking hire is for that day or that evening. Items are hired out Friday, Saturday & Sunday so if your event is a Friday night we will require the item back on Saturday morning to enable it to be hired Saturday. On occasion were it is mutually agreed and item hired for Sat may be kept until Monday to save of Sunday pickup charges.

SECURITY BOND
The initial $50 booking deposit is held as your security bond and refunded when the goods are returned or picked up in their original condition. Should the goods be damaged or missing you will be required to pay the replacement costs including freight.
