What you need to know.

Pricing shown on here is to make it as easy as possible for you to see what you get for the price however All hire items are subject to availability. Availability is confirmed by messaging us on insta @icandyballoons or email sue@icandyballoons.com.au 

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW
We need to know your email & mobile number, event date, start time, location, access time to setup & pickup as well as the items you would like to hire. 
We will confirm availability of the items and full pricing including delivery, setup & pickup if required.

HOW DO YOU CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
We will issue you an invoice. To confirm the booking you must pay a minimum $50 booking deposit within 3 days and the balance is due a minimum of 7 days prior to event date. If you don't confirm the booking with the deposit payment, the booking is not held for you. You will be required to leave credit card details or a cash deposit if you pick up hire items. We will also need to see your license and address to complete our hire form. Cancellation will forfit your booking deposit to cover purchased supplies. If cancellation is less than 7 days prior to the event additional charges may apply. In some instances we can apply a store credit this is assessed on a case by case situation 

DELIVERY, SETUP & PICKUP
Pricing does not include delivery, setup or pickup as this is based on each events specific location & access requirements. We can do late night pickups but this will incur an additional charge.

HOW LONG IS HIRE FOR
Generally speaking hire is for that day or that evening or a 24 hour hire. Items are hired out Friday, Saturday & Sunday so if your event is a Friday night we will require the item back on Saturday morning to enable it to be hired Saturday. On occasion were it is mutually agreed and item hired for Sat may be kept until Monday to save of Sunday pickup charges. Monday hours for return of hired items is 10am - 2pm. A LATE FEE IS APPLIED FOR EACH DAY THATS ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNED. 

SECURITY BOND
We require credit card details or a cash deposit per item for hire items collected from our store. Cash deposits are refunded when the goods are returned or picked up in their original condition.Credit cards are not charged unless and item is damaged or not returned. Should the goods be damaged or missing you will be required to pay the replacement costs including freight. This can range from $100 up to $700 for backdrops or cake plinths.
