Shipping policy

All local balloon deliveries are done as per your requested date and time slot (2 hour minimum) same day balloon delivers up until 11am is subject to availability and may incur an express charge of $20 extra.

We ship freight parcels within 2 working days, otherwise you will be contacted re an out of stock items and asked if you prefer to wait or receive a refund.
